Our client offers a comprehensive service for the design and construction of custom build exhibition stands. Their reputation is built on quality and their ability to build innovative stands within the constraints of deadlines and budget. They require an Administrative Assistant for the Office Manager to assist with the general running of the office and Projects within the exhibition industry. The successful candidate will need experience of working within an office environment and have Microsoft and Excel skills. Own transport will be essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting all visitors and suppliers on arrival
Answers incoming calls and taking messages when required
Assist the Office Manager with day to day duties
Working closely with the Project Managers on all stands regarding orders and requirements
Responsible for all Future Work Updates, Planners and New Business Files etc
Organises company travel and hotel bookings
Assists the Accounts and Sales & Marketing as and when required
Sorts and allocates incoming and out-going post, organises couriers, deliveries and collections
Prepares and produces finished visuals and designs for presentations
Assists with smooth running of the reception area at all times
Any other duties that may be required to fulfil the role
Holiday:
20 days per annum plus all statutory days
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, including a 1hr lunch break.
