We are seeking to appoint a individual to the role of Hourly Paid Technician - Electrical Installation, who has experience and skills within the electrical industry and would like to inspire the next generation?

Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, the main objectives of the role will involve supporting classes within the electrical installation department by providing tools and equipment to students on practical assessments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing assessment areas and dismantling after use, whilst ensuring the security of the resources and stores.

The successful candidate must:

  • hold a level 3 electrical qualification.
  • hold 17 th Edition wiring regulation.
  • have excellent communication skills
  • have experience of working within a team
  • have excellent organisational skills and be able plan own work
