Assistant Job Coach (Project Facilitator)

Hours of work: 18.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Salary: GBP7,191 - GBP7,603 per annum for 18.5 hours per week, term time only.

As an Assistant Job Coach (Project Facilitator) you would plan, develop and facilitate a Supported Employment study programme that supports young adults with a learning difficulty/ disability to learn the skills required for work in order to progress in work experience environments and further progress to supported internship work placements.

As an Assistant Job Coach, you should:

• Have a GCSE in English grade 'A-C' or equivalent
• Have a GCSE in Mathematics grade 'A-C' or equivalent
• Have previous experience of working with young people with learning difficulties or disabilities
