Curriculum Manager for Motor Vehicles/Cycles

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Curriculum Manager to the School of Engineering, Construction, Business and IT. Based at our Merton Campus, you will lead a team providing high quality student experience and innovative curriculum design and delivery from level 1 to level 3. The Curriculum Manager will be responsible for leading the Motor Vehicle/Cycle team.

You will have the ability to motivate and lead staff and learners, having high expectations for both. You will have a thorough understanding of delivering high quality assessment, learning and teaching that builds outstanding levels of attainment and progression and will also have experience of motivating and engaging 16- 23 year olds. You will have high standards, excellent communication skills and be used to working to demanding targets. You will possess the personal and professional skills and attributes to ensure that robust performance management helps to take this area forward to achieve 'outstanding'.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification with an in-depth knowledge of any subject combination of the curriculum area and will also possess a teaching qualification or have experience as a trainer with a relevant vocational qualification.
