Our client, a car dealership based in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. You will be required to ensure the efficient administration of all vehicles for the Sales Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of all new and used vehicle customer files in an efficient and effective manner
  • Complete and process all vehicle orders in line with direction from Sales Manager ensuring the accuracy of orders against current codes
  • Collate and record all new vehicle delivery information and update status and availability information
  • On completion of vehicle sales, complete new car sales orders and PDI instructions
  • Arrange registration and Vehicle Excise Licences for all sold vehicles
  • Maintain calendars and record of all tax renewals for company demonstrators and courtesy vehicles to ensure timely renewal and ensure that all unexpired vehicle licence discs for used vehicle stock are recorded and stored in a safe and accurate manner
  • Arrange hand over of taxed, registered, and prepared vehicles to sales staff for customers including all required documentation
  • Prepare and complete all sales invoices and relevant paperwork in a timely manner for both retail and trade sales
  • Experience of both Kerridge and AFRL systems is essential. However, candidates who have previous sales administration experience in the motor industry will be considered

You will be dealing with administration tasks so must be highly organised plus be able to work closely with other team members, vehicle manufactures and directly with customers.

Hours of work: 8.30 - 5pm
