Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Our client has identified an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telesales Account Manager to

join their growing business based in Bacup, Lancashire.

Covering the whole of the UK, our client is a market leader in the supply of stationary and catering equipment to care homes nationwide.

They pride themselves on having developed a strong and loyal database of clients and are now looking for a Telesales Account Manager to grow their current client database.

Position Summary;

As Telesales Account Manager, your role will be fast paced and will require a results driven, eager and experienced Sales person.

Key duties;

• Manage and develop your own set of accounts ranging from new to established customers

• Working to set daily, weekly & monthly targets

• Build specific product knowledge and a good understanding the market

• Deal with customer queries while offering advice and guidance

• Undertaking research of the marketplace and your customers to enhance your set of accounts

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will ideally hold sales experience within the office stationery / sales within

the care industry, however this is not essential and training will be provided where required.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will;

· Be a dynamic, energetic and passionate individual who thrives in busy, upbeat sales environment

· You will have significant experience within a sales role, B2B sales market, supported by some account management experience

· Experience in office stationary sales / care sector sales is advantageous

· A confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills will be the key to your success as a Telesales Account Manager, alongside strong IT skills and strong organisational skills.
