This company is looking for a Rockstar Sales Executive. You've taken your first step in working for an awesome SaaS business that's taking new steps in sales prospecting.

They are not your standard conventional sales team, but thought leaders, experts and consultants in shaping and defining out customers sales prospecting. They work hard, playhard, they have got Table Football, Darts, all in a games room, quarterly, bi-annually and annual trips all over the world to getaway.

Your role will be on boarding customers into their using their tool, defining their sales process using their tool and selling additional user accounts to their customers.

You must have attention to detail, and a solid knowledge on B2B sales, some who understands customer objectives and goals through planning out the way in which they prospect.

You also need to be self-motivated and ensuring their beta customers are happily using their tool in their day-to- day sales prospecting processes. This role is ideal for a true problem solver who can ask the right questions, champions of customer success and someone who understands both technical and commercial problems as well as someone who knows how to advise and close sales. Is this you?

- Upselling and promoting additional Users to existing customers.
- A solid priority on customer success using their sales prospecting tool.
- Become a product expert within 30 days through training within the team.
- Investigate and diagnose problems and work with their team for solutions.
- Provide customer planning sessions on maximising their tool via screensharing.
- Maintain and update their online helpdesk and knowledgebase.
- Provide and manage customer support through and Zendesk.
- Work closely with marketing, sales and development team on problem solving.
- Happy working in a fast growing start up.

- Understand a customers situation, pain-points and challenges and advise how to use their tool to increase User numbers (sales) of their tool.
- Awesome customer support and interpersonal skills required
- Articulate with great written and verbal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- An understanding of technical and commercial business.
- Proficient in troubleshooting computer software and CRMs
- Experience supporting customer via phone, live chat and Helpdesk.
