An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Team Leader to assist in the management of the Business Support Team. The post holder will be responsible for organising and co-ordinating office procedures and operations to enable the team to provide an effective and efficient Business Support service, focusing on financial and administration management and including rent accounting and Right to Buy/Leasehold Management.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communications skills who has the ability and flair to develop effective working relationships with customers, staff and external suppliers. You will have excellent negotiation skills and be competent in the use of a variety of IT systems, including Microsoft applications.
For this position you will be required to have excellent organisational skills in order to focus on financial and administration management within the team. You should be analytical, numerate and enthusiastic. It is essential that you have experience in the area of creditors/accounts payable and budgets plus knowledge of financial legislation. You will be a highly motivated individual, who is diplomatic and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer care skills whilst working under pressure.
You must have 3 GCSE's or equivalent to include Maths and English and a suitable management qualification is essential. You will also have a flexible approach to working arrangements to meet service demands.
