We’re looking for positive and motivated individuals to join Age Cymru Powys. Age Cymru Powys works to improve quality of life for older people in Powys. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation committed to creating a society in which all older people are respected, valued and are able to live the life they choose.
We’ll look to you to deliver independent advocacy to older people, helping them understand their rights and to get their voice heard.
You should have experience of working as an advocate and the ability to deal with difficult situations with empathy and sensitivity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as you will provide accurate and comprehensive information to enable people to make informed choices which help them live a happy and fulfilled life.
