Our client specialises in the movement and maintenance of Housing, Retail and Commercial properties. Their disciplines are tailored to the requirements of each sector but their values remain the same.

They are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager who can be based at either their Stratford or Vauxhall office.

As their Business Development Manager, you must enhance and develop the relationships of their existing client portfolio whilst identifying potential new business opportunities. Attending face-to-face meetings with clients, you will provide specialist advice on the products and/or services that you are selling and nurture relationships with key customer accounts.

With a positive and pro-active approach, the successful candidate will be an accomplished door opener who has the ability to develop individual relationships at all levels. With a strong customer focus and excellent organisational skills, you will have a proven ability to hit targets and a consistent background of winning new business.

You will need a strong sales drive and a high attention to detail, along with proven experience of selling within the construction industry, commercial and residential sectors. They would also like you to have knowledge of CRM and experience of implementing sales and marketing strategies.
