With a turnover of over £50 million and over 20,000 students, the Group is committed to inspiring and enabling outstanding, life-changing education and training.

They are now seeking a Director of Finance and Corporate Services to help them deliver on their bold future plans. A key member of the Strategic Leadership Team, this individual will underpin and facilitate the success of the group through robust leadership and management of finance, and the Group’s estate strategy as well as providing strong leadership for all aspects of their Corporate Services including IT and Funding Information Services.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with first-class financial management skills and a commercially astute, visible leader. S/he will contribute to an experienced senior leadership team and possess the gravitas to win the respect of external stakeholders. Experience in FE is not a prerequisite, but candidates must show passion for the work of the sector and a capacity to translate into this context.
