Our client is a busy, award winning country dinning pub looking for an experienced, passionate and excited sous chef to join their incredibly talented team.

The daily changing menu means they work very closely with local fishermen, farmers and growers getting the best seasonal ingredients they possibly can.

Open 7 days a week, with the kitchen serving lunch and dinner, the position is a mix of split shifts, singles and doubles, working with a team of two other chefs and a kitchen porter from a total brigade of 8. The role is based on 4 and a half days on, two and a half days off.

They cannot offer accommodation and the successful applicant must have their own transport.

Depending on experience, the salary would be ??22-26k plus tips (approx. ??3k). To be considered for this role, please apply today.
