Our client specialises in the movement and maintenance of Housing, Retail and Commercial properties. Their disciplines are tailored to the requirements of each sector but their values remain the same.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Analyst to join their Stratford office and be responsible for reviewing various aspects of the “call to cash” process.

As part of their Performance Management Team, you will produce performance reports across all areas of the division and analyse the report findings to assist with the improvement of divisional performance. Data management will also be required to ensure that job interfaces function smoothly and the data held within their job management system contains relevant and accurate data.

They are looking for a highly analytical individual who is able to analyse performance trends and prepare relevant commentary on the findings. With strong problem solving skills and a high attention to detail, you will be able to prepare internal and external performance reports within Excel and have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance industry.

With knowledge of a dynamic resource scheduling system, you will have excellent communication skills allowing you to effectively communicate across all levels of the business. You will thrive working in a team environment and be capable of working to tight deadlines.
