I am currently looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants for a school in Dudley working full or part ime with students with Autism
Due to the requirements of the students it is important that the candidate has at least 12 months experience working in a similar setting with students with autism. A level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent is also required.
The ideal candidates should be able to;
- Comfortably develop professional relationships with students and staff
- Use their own initiative
- Adapt to changing circumstances at short notice
