Teaching School Co-ordinator
28 hours per week term time only
Salary: Grade M AYR £22434 - £24717
Actual TTO salary: £14521
As a consequence of increased Teaching School activity we are looking to appoint a part time Teaching School Co-ordinator.
The post holders responsibilities would include:
- Activity organisation such as CPD programme, administration for conferences, project management etc
- Liaison with schools, head teachers and other stakeholders
- Administration including developing flyers and booking systems, maintaining databases, collating information from range of sources
- Maintaining content on website and VLE (following training)
- Compiling reports and contributing to grant applications
We are looking for a person who has:
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written communication
- Confident, positive telephone manner
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Publisher
- Degree level education preferable or extensive experience of administration /project management
- Enjoys working within team but also using initiative to develop projects
