Salary Range £17,589 - £19,611 pa
Chapter 1 is a charity and Registered Social Landlord that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people through a dedicated team of staff located throughout England. Our aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. We offer our services to anyone in need respecting their faith, culture and social background. We work in partnership with 35 local authorities and have a growing network of over 50 services across the UK.
Following recent successful award of countywide services for Young people, our Warwickshire Service is currently made up of 8 accommodation based support services providing focussed support for care leavers, young parents and young people with complex needs. The services are located across the county. Our aim is to assist clients to gain the skills necessary for independent living. We require a full time Positive Intervention & Mediation Worker. For this new role you will required to develop and deliver an intensive programme for specific named homeless young people (16-24) living within our homeless services who are identified as being at risk of disengagement from the services.
Experience of work in a range of supported living, homeless, youth justice and or youth work settings with clients who have a variety of different and complex needs especially those most vulnerable to disengagement. Proven experience as a trained/qualified mediator is essential.

You will need to have an up to date DBS Enhanced Certificate and will therefore need to subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
