We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and versatile person for the following role:
INCLUSION SUPPORT ASSISTANT (Ref: C1170)
37 hours per week, Mon-Fri (term time only)
Grade 4 ~ Actual salary £13,998.00 - £14,844.00 per annum
The de Ferrers Academy has gained a reputation for high levels of academic achievement, demonstrated by another extremely successful year for our students at GCSE and A-level, being the best on record. The Academy is an Apple Regional Training Centre, with 1:1 use of iPads for all Key Stage 4 and 5 students.
The Academy is looking to appoint for two roles, one being a permanent position, and the other a temporary post commencing January 2017 until the end of the academic year. These posts offer a varied and rewarding roles within the Academy, working under the guidance of teaching staff providing support and management of students, both in the classroom and outside the main teaching area. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent and have a good understand of areas of learning.
