£13,826 to £15,342 FTE

Part time (2.5 days a week)

The number 1 primary school in Crawley is looking for a 1:1 teaching assistant to support a SEN learner 2.5 days a week. This position is a job share role guaranteed till the end of the academic year, permanent opportunities are available for the right candidate. The school is 3 form entry and currently support 280+ pupils. The school supports a religious ethos and embraces fully a creative curriculum that supports the child's educational, spiritual and personal needs. The school are commended by parents, pupils staff and OFSTED and have recently been graded GOOD with elements of outstanding

  • Permanent Teaching Assistant role
  • Team Teach training provided by Randstad Education or the school

  • Relevant experience/Knowledge of UK SEN settings (desirable)
  • Own Transport- Due to locality of the school
  • Eligibility to work in the UK


  • Supporting KS1- KS5 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group and classroom basis
  • Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
