HR SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATOR – WINCHESTER COLLEGE
The School seeks to appoint a full-time, experienced HR Secretary/Administrator to work as part of the Winchester College Bursary secretariat. Applicants should have good interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively at all levels, understand and deliver excellent proof reading skills, have an interest in HR and be well organised.
Essentially, the successful applicant will have extensive administrative and secretarial experience and a high level of knowledge, understanding and application of English grammar together with advanced skills in MS Word and intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint. It will also be advantageous for the candidate to have the knowledge and experience of using databases (the School currently uses iTrent from Midland HR).
