The Company:
Our client is a well established international logistics company

Main duties:
To help the busy and international freight team.

The Role:
- To liaise with the freight forwarding and operations teams
- To develop relationships with existing clients
- To issue instructions to subcontract drivers for the export loads
- To accurately input data-entry of clients’ orders and deliveries
- To coordinate daily loads and create reports & updates
- To handle international export and import documents
- To monitor drivers' progress
- To liaise and coordinate with subcontractors
- To liaise with other internal departments when required

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent in Polish (written and spoken)
- Additional fluent in other European languages would be ideal
- Previous experience in an Administrative environment
- Previous experience or knowledge in Logistics or Shipping (Air, Sea and Road) - ideally
- Proactive and enthusiastic personality
- Team player and good communicator
- Computer literate

Salary:
Between £20K to £24K pa DOE + Excellent Benefits
