About the Role

You will accurately inspect the vehicles, paying particular attention to the condition of the vehicle and noting any damage as required. You will take high quality, detailed photographs to capture the damage and enter the information into a hand held device. Producing accurate and detailed reports for use in the auction process and by customers, you will be responsible for consistently achieving quality outputs in line with their SLA’s and branch targets.

Supporting the Operations team with ongoing process and movement of inspected vehicles, you will ensure that the onsite process for key storage is followed to ensure that keys can be tracked and traced. The Vehicle Inspector will also be required to interact with customers, providing information regarding inspections and demonstrate expertise and value of the product and service.

About You

With excellent customer service skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines, you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be comfortable with technology and using hand held devices. Capable of working effectively as part of a team, you will work well under pressure and have a keen eye for detail. Basic mechanical knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given.
