We are seeking a confident and ambitious Client Services / Studio Coordinator to work within our busy Client Services department. You will be responsible for providing the highest standard of customer service to our existing client base.
The role will provide an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate, working for a progressive, environmentally conscious company, offering a generous package and good career prospects.
Main Functions:
* ???To process clients' files including flight checking and proofing, utilising studio and imposition software including Kodak Prinergy to prepare files for print.
* ???To interact with clients and provide effective liaison between clients, sales and production staff.
* ???To receive and process orders and conduct a contract review to ensure that all job specifications match the quote and client purchase order.
* ???To follow progress of jobs throughout the production process and ensure customer requirements are met.
Key Skills:
* Good organisational and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and conscientious, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently.
* Knowledge of file handling and imposition software (ideally Kodak Prinergy) would be a benefit.
* Candidates should have industry-related experience that will be relative to the role.???
