Identifying and executing an engaging, smart and cost effective multi channel recruitment strategy for the various teams based in the UK, US, France, Italy and Spain.Lead the Talent Team (team of 3) plus provide guidance and direction to HR Manager's responsible for international recruitment.Building an unbeatable employer brand for SE and defining our employee value proposition.Partner with Heads of Departments on workforce planning, manage internal movement of talent and educate the business on talent acquisition best practices.Providing the Senior Management Team with insightful recruitment MI and using the MI to define the most effective recruitment process.Sourcing and screening senior candidates directly.Manage the multiple relationships with agencies on Secret Escapes preferred supplier list.Identify and implement best practice selection tools.
