As Management Systems Administrator reporting to our Head of Risk and Assurance, you’ll provide administrative support to the managers and their teams, in addition to acting as gatekeeper for our IMS library and our company intranet system, KMI. Managing IMS enquiries from a number of sources, you’ll also prepare and manage audit schedules across business operations and collate data for management reviews. Other key deliverables include:
• training and support for the company intranet
• invoice management
• overseeing audit reporting and action plan management to support business KPIs.
Of graduate calibre and with some construction industry knowledge, you have proven experience of document control, together with first-class IT skills including MS packages and Google Apps. Self-confident, with bags of initiative, you’re an excellent all-round communicator and report writer, with a pragmatic approach, in addition to:
• strong time management and organisational skills
• good analytical skills
• a full, current UK licence.
