Our client provides network support and develops IT systems, serving the SME marketplace. They are now looking for a PA to join their friendly team.

As a PA, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to two of our client’s Directors. 

Specifically, you’ll manage the Directors’ diaries and assist them with personal correspondence and communications. You will collate a wide range of documentation and prepare proposals. 

Additionally, you’ll provide ad-hoc support to the Office Co-ordinators and Admin Team. 

Interested? To be considered, you must have previous experience as a PA. A team player mentality and exceptional interpersonal skills are also key. 

Self motivated and adaptable, as a PA, you must be proactive and able to work on your own initiative. You must also be highly articulate with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
