Enthusiastic sales person required for a specialist 'Heating & Cooking Appliance' Retailer. The position is at our clients retail outlet in Carmarthenshire, SA14 6NT.
Previous experience in retail is desirable & retail management is an advantage.
Candidate must have:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
- The ability to sell to the customer face to face;
- Good standard of numeracy;
- Good customer focus;
- Commercial awareness;
- Flexibility;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to report to and follow instruction from Head Office;
Willingness to learn the products supplied by the Company is essential. We as a Company as well as our suppliers will also provide training, but the candidate must also be willing to read literature etc. to expand their knowledge.
You average working weekly hours will be 40.5 hours per week. We currently work on a two week rota, whereby your hours will be:
- Week 1 (44.5 hours) Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm; Saturday 9.30am - 5pm
- Week 2 (36.5 hours) Monday to Friday (Thursday off), plus Saturday 9.30am - 5pm
- You must be able to work Saturdays
- Candidate must have a driving licence & own transport.
Salary ??16,850 - ??18,950 per annum (depending on experience)
Required education: High school or equivalent
Required experience: Retail Sales: 1 year
Required licence or certification: Driving License
