Well an exciting opportunity has become available working with a Top 5 supplier of training services and health system implementation services with offices based in Guildford.

The company are looking for experienced Business Development Managers or experienced Recruitment Consultant's to join the growing and highly successful team.

The company provide quality training courses across Consultancy, Staffing and Training solutions selling into the Public Sector, mainly focusing on supporting Healthcare providers and being involved at all stages of their service transformation and health systems projects, from analysis and planning through to implementation.

This role will involve developing and sustaining effective customer relationships at senior levels to promote the company's capabilities and grow revenues through consultative engagement. You will work closely with these clients to assess their needs, map those needs against the company's services and capabilities and then support clients throughout the project lifecycle in order to ensure project success.

Ideally you will have a background of solution selling as well as an understanding of health service processes and health system implementations. You should be comfortable dealing with people at a senior level, dynamic in your approach, self-motivated and an excellent communicator.

The Job Duties will include

* Account Management
* Building and maintain client relationships
* Offering ongoing support
* Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
* Liaising with clients and rolling out the online training
* Upselling other Training services
* Networking Events/Networking
* Close of a very consultative sale
* Keeping updated with the change of the Market
* Produce detailed and quotations and follow through to close the deal

About You

The successful Business Development Manager will have great determination to succeed to their full potential and will be a self-driven and a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and a clear, personable, and persuasive communicator.

The successful Business Development Manager will need to have experience working in the IT market and a proven sales track record. Experience working with online learning platforms would be highly desired but not essential.

They are also looking for candidates that are currently working within recruitment and looking to move into a more Business development/ Consultancy type position.

* Minimum 3 years industry sales experience with proven record of success
* Be a confident and outgoing individual
* The Account Manager will have strong communication skills, verbally and written
* A background in IT sales
* Hungry for success
* Have a great attitude and willingness to learn
* The Account Manager will be money motivated
