Home Based Graduate Building Surveyor offering full APC Support
Cambridge
GBP22,000 - GBP26,000 and full benefits package
* Have you achieved a RICS accredited degree?
* Do you have working experience in a consultancy?
* Are you looking for full APC support and training
As a graduate building surveyor you will be based from home, and travel to the office twice a week in either London or Huddersfield, and you will have a wide variety of day to day duties including;
* project management
* contract administration
* design and specifications
* report writing
* Other adhoq professional building surveying duties
You will have a number of varied projects with values ranging from GBP50,000 to GBP1million, which will include the refurbishment of an office building through to extension of an existing care home, that are located in and around Cambridgeshire.
This permanent opportunity is within Europe's largest architecture and building consultancies that offer exceptional APC support, with progress meetings held weekly. You will join a small team of chartered building surveyors that have successfully supported numerous graduates through first time, and within two years.
