Our client is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. They are officially "good" and aim to be an "outstanding" educational provider in the next two years.
Working as part of the innovate team, you will be required to promote and deliver technology enhanced learning skills, work with subject experts to build digital competencies and innovative practices, and create, design and promote engaging and effective digital learning content and e-learning courses.
You will establish learning aims and requirements, identify learning objectives, write storyboards and use creative development tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. You will have a good knowledge of learning principles and theories with the ability to apply these practically to content design including the concept of Scheduled Online Learning and Assessment (SOLA). In addition, you will be responsible for meeting with subject matter experts and other stakeholders, driving projects from initial concept through to development and timely completion.
The individual will be required to not only develop solutions, but to actively promote and engage with lecturers, students and external clients to embed the use of these new technology solutions and teaching methods into current delivery.
