We are currently recruiting an International Policy Adviser (maternity cover, 12 month fixed term contract) to lead on Universities Wales’ international work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a personable, motivated and self-starting individual to work alongside Wales’ universities to raise the profile of the Welsh HE sector overseas.
Key responsibilities will include working with government and other partners e.g. British Council to further sector interests, managing the Study in Wales brand, delivering on a small number of key inward visits and outward missions and representing the sector at large-scale international HE conferences and events.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently within a small team. This is a full time post based in Cardiff with occasional travel both within the UK and overseas.
