Hours of work 10.30 - 6.30 Mon - Fri
£16000 - £17800 Per Annum depending on experience
This is a full time permanent position to support and enhance our existing Practice Team
In addition to Reception Duties (2pm - 6.30pm)Your position will cover a range of admin duties such as managing Appointments, Reception Rotas, taking minutes in meetings, typing up documents and referral letters, chasing up referrals and Hospital correspondence and other general duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 GSCE's or equiv to include Maths and English excellent customer service skills. Good IT skills . Previous experience in this field, although not essential, would be an advantage.
Reception Hours are 8am - 6.30pm therefore you will be expected to be flexible to cover holidays and sickness
