Trainee Support Consultant
As part of our award winning support team, you will be required to respond to customer support calls via telephone and, email. You will thus need an excellent phone manner and the desire to provide first class customer service.
The role involves providing technical support with regard to Sage accounting software and associated software products. Suitable training will be provided on an on-going basis. As you grow into the role and learn more about the technologies involved, the opportunity to develop your career will be significant.
Knowledge of Sage 50, Sage 200 or any accounting software will be an advantage but not essential.
Whilst technical ability and knowledge is important to our company, this is something we can help you with. Crucial to all applicants will be enthusiasm, ability to work as part of a team and a good work ethic.
