Employer Engagement Advisor (PKC02428) (Fixed Term until 31 October 2019)
£29,862 - £33,604
Business Gateway, Perth

We are looking for committed individuals to join a newly created small team that will take forward the work of the Perth & Kinross Developing our Young Workforce Board. We are looking for two Employer Engagement Advisors to lead on engaging proactively with the business and education sectors.

The Board aims to:-
* support employers to engage more with schools and the College
* to encourage the recruitment of more young people
* to equip young people with the skills local employers need
* to give young people access to better and more flexible work experience

We are looking for individuals with a background in and experience of working in a sales or business development role. You will have experience of proactively engaging with businesses in a customer relationship management role. You will be a committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with well proven communication and interpersonal skills.
