If you are an excellent administrator, with good communication skills who is comfortable with organising and scheduling appointments, liaising with customers and engineers and would cherish a varied and interesting post, an opportunity has arisen at this company's office in Swansea Enterprise Park.

Good Initiative, common sense and a passion for customer excellence are key attributes of this role. This is not just an office role and will also involve direct customer contact and sales support.

The job involves the following tasks:
- Manage daily diaries and scheduling of engineering works
- Updating spreadsheets and database
- Ordering stock and parts
- Maintaining diary Systems
- Job costing and invoice processing
- General Administration duties
- Customer service and sales support

The right person(s) will be able to show that they have the following:
- Previous Administration experience
- Good organisational skills
- IT Literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience, Initiative and a mature and positive attitude to work
- Be able to follow written and verbal instructions and hence have a good level of written and verbal English.
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a can do attitude
- Excellent Time keeping and attendance
