Aboutthe role: Due to expansion, our Central Support Office is lookingfor an outgoing and professional multi-tasker to assist the Directors with thesmooth running of a Central Support office based in Bristol. The role is varied and will see you involvedin a range of duties within the following departments:
- PROPERTY - this division manages an extensive commercial and residential property portfolio which involves dealing with the transactions during acquisition, refurbishment, rentals and disposals.
- HEALTHCARE - currently operates 6 nursing and care homes for the elderly across the South West and has recently completed a GBP30m development programme to build pioneering new Care Villages. These will provide state of the art accommodation and facilities for the elderly including Swimming pools, Cinemas, Libraries, restaurants and gyms in with in specially designed villages.
- INVESTMENTS - this division is the private equity arm of the business and has a number of investments in companies that require recovery or restructuring. The Directors usually have seats on the Boards of these companies and offer their experience and expertise in turning them around into successful trading entities.
