Tradewind Recruitment are working very closely with a secondary school based in Sutton in supplying them with experienced SEN Teaching Assistant.
We are looking to appoint a teaching assistant to support students ranging from Year 7-11 with Autism (ASD)).
Appointed applicant will support the class teacher, other staff and professionals in meeting the pupil's needs to enable him to achieve his full potential.
The successful applicant will:
• Have experience of working with secondary Students with behaviour difficulties
• Have effective communication skills with a good working knowledge of the English language and the ability to keep written notes on pupil progress.
• Have experience of working as part of a team
• Be enthusiastic, confident and show initiative
• Ideally have previous experience of working with special educational needs/learning difficulties.
