Your Job

We have a great opportunity to join a Christian organisation as an Executive Assistant to Directors. Based in West Oxfordshire you will be providing comprehensive and confidential support to the Directors and also undertake some project management duties. Your main responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact and managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for:

•Proactively managing and maintaining executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
•Setting up meetings and telephone calls
•Assisting the Directors with project planning and assisting them to utilise their time effectively
•Preparing agendas, minutes and reports
•Project managing a portfolio of projects
•Liaising with other departments regarding work flow and prioritization

Job Requirements

In order to be successful in this position you will be highly organised and motivated. You will be full of initiative and have a proven ability to manage projects within deadlines. If you do have a project management qualification such as PRINCE 2 this would be beneficial but is not essential.
