My client who is a well known consultancy in the north west of England are looking for an IFS Support Specialist to join their already great IT Team.
Responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Provide onsite and remote support for users of the ERP applications
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and consistent & timely follow-up
Communicate directly with end users and guide them to resolve issues they face in the ERP application
Essential Skills:
Knowledge on SQL
Knowledge on general business processes (Distribution/Maintenance/Finance)
Knowledge of IFS (ERP System)
