Role: Head Chef/Kitchen ManagerLocation: London Salary: CompetitiveStart Date: Immediately Our clients Premium Hospitality Group are currently searching for a Head Chef to join their new opening in the heart of London. This is an existing time to be joining the company as they look to open their first Premium Burger Brand restaurant in London having successful established the brand on an International level in the Middle East.Role: As Head Chef you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the KitchenEnsure that the kitchen prepares food according to the standard recipe, taste, portion and presentationMonitor food trends and introduce new food concepts/recipe to boost restaurants profitsAttend and hold daily briefings with team members ensuring great communication to run a busy kitchenMaintain high hygiene and food safety standards in line with UK Food Hygiene Rating Ensure all stock and wastage is controlled Person Must be coming from a head Chef/Kitchen Manager position within a Gourmet/Premium Burger restaurant Managing the stock and GPPreparing dishes to a high standard and in a timely fashionCreating the rota and general admin dutiesLiaising with the FOH teamManaging the team, including their training & developmentManaging a high volume fresh food kitchen Interested in this challenge?
