Founded in 2012, Furnley House are independent financial advisers with offices near Leicester, Leamington Spa and Northern Ireland. The role as Mortgage Advisor is a home based position with 2 days a week working in the Leamington Spa office.

We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor based in the Warwickshire area (Daventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Coventry) to be able to provide quality mortgage advice to clients. You will be able to provide advice in a professional, compliant and efficient manner, whilst achieving minimum standards of performance across all key areas.

You will be responsible for:
• All clients' financial needs and recommendation and arrangement of a suitable package of solutions.
• Finalising cases and administrating paperwork within set deadlines.
• Ensuring that all sales are conducted in an efficient, compliant manner and in accordance with the Company's and its regulators, compliance processes and standards.
• Assisting the management where required with the continual development of strong relationships with the Company's key introducers.
• Identifying and converting opportunities to refer pension and investment business to our IFAs.
• Representing the brand and ethos of the company at all times.
• Managing existing relationships and profitability across a set geographical area.
• Targeting new business to ensure continued growth within the region.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Developing a call schedule to maintain and grow the territory.
• Monitor and report on activities providing the relevant management information.

You will have the following skills and experience:
• CeMAP qualification (or industry recognised equivalent).
• Previous experience working as a mortgage advisor.
• Ability to demonstrate a flexibility in approach to work where this is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate closely with your customers, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated to achieved targets set.
• Efficient and highly organised.
• Highly compliant.
• Full UK driving license.
