Chase and Holland are working with a manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their well-established finance team in South Derbyshire. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has at least 2 years' experience to enable them to succeed in this role.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the role will incorporate but not limited to:
* Processing purchase invoices
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Making payments
* Monthly bank reconciliation
* Processing sales ledger
* Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll and covering full process when required
* Any other ad-hoc finance duties
The successful candidate will be studying for a relevant qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) and will have experience in a similar role within industry. My client is keen for the suitable person to develop within the organisation. You need to have an excellent eye for detail, great communication skills and be used to working within a fast paced organisation where deadlines have to be met
Excellent I.T skills including Microsoft Excel are a must. A competitive market salary and benefits are on offer for the right candidate
