R13 are working closely alongside a highly established IFA's in their search for a Financial Planner to join their already experienced Financial Advisory team. You will be qualified to diploma/advanced level in Financial Planning combined with longevity and success in a current/previous Advisory role. Duties to include:
*Covering the East Anglia region, attending client meetings based on geographical locations.
*Dealing with a range of private and corporate portfolios, including high net worth clients.
*Service and retain existing client relationships, as allocated by management.
*Generating new business through existing network, professional connections and referrals received externally; to ensure business is produced at the required level.
*Carrying out market and product research in order to gather all relevant information.
*Ensuring sufficient client information is obtained and information analysed.
*Coordinating internal Paraplanners and Administrators to support day to day tasks.
*Provision of suitable recommendations to clients.
*Ensuring relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately.
*Attain and maintain level of competence and standards as required by the organisation.

You will have:
*Diploma / Advanced qualification in Financial Planning (or equivalent) coupled with a successful background gained in Financial Advising.
*Ability to break down complex information to a wide range of clients.
*Skilled in generating and maintaining client relationships.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Negotiation and influencing skills as well as determination and tenacity.
*A target driven mind-set; ambitious and focused.
*Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
*A full clean UK driving license is essential.

*Specialist experience within pension transfer & long term care highly desirable but not essential.

This is a full time permanent opportunity working from offices based just on the outskirts of Norwich City Centre (work from home also available), your working hours will be 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
