Bridgeway Consulting is staffed by highly qualified experienced rail engineers and since 1995, has become an industry leader in what is one of the UK's most safety conscious and strictly regulated industries.

We are seeking to recruit a Principal Project Manager responsible for day to day delivery of all project workloads within the Infrastructure Examinations Team. Client facing duties include business development, project management and reporting. Allocating reports upon weekly resources, ensuring that the teams are able to deliver against client and contractual demands in conjunction with the Engineering Planning Manager.

Daily Activities
Managerial supervision of Project Managers and Senior staff.
Technical checking & assurance of all project deliverables.
Responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in compliance with the Principal Contractors License.
Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of Examinations staff.
Ensure that staff are briefed on technical aspects, safe systems of work and deliverables.
To understand all the overall requirements of compliance with BCL policy.
Undertake railway safety critical duties for which you hold competence certification.
Comply with training and other requirements of your Safety Responsibility Statement.
Undertake other duties in accordance with the requirements of the company.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Higher lever education (e.g. H.N.C. (MEng, BEng, HNC/HND)/10+ Years Industry Experience.
Network Rail Sentinel Card.
Preferably be CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme), but not essential.
