JOB DESCRIPTION
Daniel Owen are currently working with a Main Contractor are looking for experienced Project Manager to join their team, working on a Housing project in Exeter. This is a good opportunity for someone who ideally has previous main contractor experience on similar projects and wants to take a step forward in their career and work with a company that has been multi-awarded both for their projects and employee development.
Daily responsibilities of Site Manager will include:
* Experience in managing projects from GBP10 to GBP50m value
* Experience with main contractor on housing/ student accommodation/education/hotel/commercial projects
* Managing number of sub-contractors and Managers on site
* Managing both internal and external construction works on site
* Management of work program
Requirements for the role of Project Manager
* Site Management experience
* A valid CSCS card
* Valid SMSTS
* First Aid at work
* Asbestos Awareness is desirable
* Own PPE
