Recruitment Consultant: Shad Thames/Tower Bridge, GBPMarket Rate

This small privately-owned recruitment consultancy based in Shad Thames, SE1 are looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

This is an exciting role for candidates with current recruitment experience, who would like to work in a friendly environment and have the opportunity to recruit for some of Europe's top employers.

The role will ideally suit individuals who are currently seeking a move away from a large company and would like to secure a more autonomous role. The company offers excellent long-term prospects in terms of both salary and career.

Responsibilities will include:

Resourcing and contacting top calibre candidates via job boards, advertisements and referrals
Registering and interviewing applicants on a daily basis
Advising and briefing candidates on market conditions, new roles and opportunities
Forwarding candidates CV's to clients for appropriate positions
Arranging interviews on behalf of both the client and candidate
Fully preparing candidates before their interviews with clients
Providing full interview feedback to candidates
Developing existing client relationships and cultivating new ones
Advising clients and candidates on salary rates
Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

Candidates should have the following:

Education to at least A 'Level standard (or equivalent)
Proven Recruitment experience (essential)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people
The ability to work to tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The ability to learn quickly and be prepared to work the necessary hours to get the job done
