Our Client is looking for outstanding sales minded Customer Service representatives to join there Leicester branch. The role requires an exceptional all rounder who is target driven with the ability to develop quickly, as the business grows.

As a Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include:

* Ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
* Upselling products in line with customer requirements.
* Calculating quotations for customers.
* Dealing with the general public and corporate clients both on the phone and in person.
* Resolving problems and liaising with managers
* Ensure that KPIs are achieved to ensure the overall branch targets are achieved.

The ideal Customer Services Representative for the Leicester Branch will have:

* An exceptional track record in customer service.
* The ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
* The ability to Be flexible in the diverse working environment organising and prioritising tasks.
* Be target driven and have previous experience upselling.
* A positive sales - focused attitude / outgoing personality as well as being reliable, flexible & trustworthy.
* It is essential that there is the ability to demonstrate high standards when working to targets / KPI's / customer expectations.
