Internal Account Manager required for the UK's number 1 digital classified advertising platform.

Our client is a global advertising organisation and the number 1 classified advertising site in the UK. They are a fast growing and dynamic media brand extremely well respected in their market place. They receive over 6.7 million unique visitors per month and 1 in 5 online users use their digital platform. An opportunity has now arisen for an Internal Account Manager to join their team.

Job Title: Internal Account Manager
Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 OTE GBP37,000
Location: Richmond

We are looking for driven sales professionals who are looking to transition into an account management role. Industry experience would be preferred however it is not essential so long as you have previous b2b telesales experience, the right attitude and work ethic. As an Internal Account Manager your duties will include:

* Managed an existing portfolio SME accounts (up to 250 employees) across sectors ranging from commercial businesses through to chains or restaurant and health clubs etc
* Renewing subscriptions
* Upselling digital adverting campaigns/solutions including job postings, display advertising, features, managed services & application tracking
* Developing and growing existing accounts
* First point of contact for client's questions and quires
* Deliver excellent customer service

The successful Internal Account Manager will have the following skills / experience:

* Previous new business telesales or recruitment
* Business to business sales experience
* Highly organised
* Ability to prioritise and plan
* Strong relationship building skills
* Outgoing personality, personable with good people skills
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Must live within a reasonable commute of Richmond
* Previous Digital/Online Recruitment/Media/Jobboard/Advertising/Recruitment experience would be preferred however NOT essential as full training is provided
