Job Specification
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for guiding Subsidiaries on the business direction of our client's Hotel TV/Hospitality display product range, specialised within the Hotel TV market.
You will be responsible for providing Sales & Marketing strategy to European Subsidiaries and supporting them in exceeding their sales targets. Reporting to the European Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a mix of System Integrators and End User accounts. You will be required to provide product & channel strategy including product management, pricing and marketing. You will require a good understanding of the Hospitality sector, and the Large Format Display hardware and software market, and have experience in bringing new product/business concepts successfully to market. You will be confident in engaging with global brands and successful at pitching Enterprise level solutions.

Key Accountabilities
• Support the Business Development Manager in developing European product and channel strategy for the Hospitality market
• To provide guidance and coordination of product/business strategy implementation at European Subsidiaries for new Hospitality solutions
• Providing both software and hardware guidance/support to Subsidiaries for existing Hardware and software Solutions
• Dealing with Global / Pan-European Partner Development
• Experience in influencing, leading and dealing with key internal and external customers preferably on a Pan-European level
• Liaising with our client's European subsidiaries, HQ, partners and end customers

Key Competencies & Characteristics
• IT/Hospitality technology/Digital Signage product/solution business development experience
• Ability to create new product business concept
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English essential, other European languages highly advantageous)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong network capabilities
• Consulting skills
• Team player, but self-starter with the ability to operate independently to achieve defined goals
• Corporate customer facing experience and a strong customer focus
• Fully IT literature (MS suite, advanced excel & PowerPoint), with experience across various ERP/CRM systems useful.

• Sales background dealing with Global brands
• Experience in Hospitality, Large Format Displays and Solutions industry
• Experience with hospitality software solutions similar to Samsung Reach/Sync
• Experience of working in fast moving and fluid environment where tight deadlines frequently need to be met
• Proven ability to deliver on targets - and beat them!
• University degree or equivalent preferred (in a business, Marketing or computer related discipline)
• 5 years' experience within the Hospitality technology sector
• Ideally 2 years' experience selling technology solutions to the Hospitality market
