We are looking for a junior level sales executive who is looking to increase their earnings and take the next step in their sales career, you will be provided with full sales and product training, ongoing support, personal development and career progression. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global organisation who will help you develop your talent and achieve your goals.

As Telsales Executive you duties will include -

* Working closely with the marketing and internal Sales team
* Selling web based Learning & Development training
* Research and prospect for new accounts within the SME market place (up to 2000 users)
* Identify key players, nurture prospects and create an interest
* Generate sales leads and online demonstrations for sales consultants
* Fact find to discover business priorities and requirements
* Conduct proactive outbound phone and email campaigns
* Manage prospects through the sales pipeline
* Work closely with marketing and contact, qualify and nurture inbound leads

The successful Telesales Executive will have the following skills/experience -

* Previous sales experience (Business to Consumer or Business to Business)
* Consultative sales approach with the ability to identify problems and recommend a solution
* Highly self-motivated and hard-working
* Very well organised with good attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
* Professional with good business and technical acumen
* Strong people skills/team skills
