Are you an experienced and qualified Hospitality Assessor?
Have you delivered full Apprenticeship frameworks out in the workplace?
Are you looking to focus on teaching and learning? Are you looking for a regional role?

One of the UKs leading training prioviders are looking for qualified hospitality assessors to work in the North East area.

These roles are being offered on a full-time, permanent basis where you will be working out in the field, assessing learners in the workplace, with at times having use of a local regional centre. The role will be working with prestigious new clients, focusing on high quality and calibre or training and assessing delivery across the full suite of Hospitality qualifications from level 2 to 4.

This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the hospitality industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting and assessing learners in the workplace
- Maintaining documentation on learners' records
- Liaising with Learners, Verifiers and Management
- Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards

This role will suit an experienced assessor who has previously worked in a Work Based Learning environment, ideally assessing qualifications to full Apprenticeship frameworks or someone who is looking to secure their first role in assessing. All candidates will need to have experience ideally to management level in the hospitality industry across either/or back or front of house to a professional standard.

In addition you will be an excellent communicator, be passionate about training and development, capable of delivering the highest industry standards and offering support to learners with various needs.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A1, D32/33 or TAQA Level 3 Qualified
- Teaching Qualification - PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, CertEd, PGCE
- Knowledge of full Apprenticeship frameworks including Functional Skills, Tech Certs and ERR/PTLS
- Own transport and flexibility to travel across wider region where needed
